Buzzing/ Whining noise coming from Razer Advanced 2019

    This happened suddenly, and has persisted continuously for 2 days since it started.
    See attached video for the noise. In the later half of the video, the computer has powered down, and the noise stopped.
    Any solutions?

    I currently have one that has the whining noise whenever I start the system up. It'll whine for like five minutes then go away
