Hi guys,
i bought a kraken 7.1 v2 few years ago but today i got an issue with them. Indeed ear cushions are unusable.
I would like to know if it's possible to buy new ones to replace them.

I can submit a ticket request for a spare ear cushion for your headset if it's available in your region. PM me the serial number of your device along with your mailing address so I can verify the model of your headset and check for the ear cushion's availability.
