Cannot access razer account

Hello i have purchased THX spatial sound, and have a razer headset keyboard and mouse. after getting a new PC i cannot reactivate the Spatial sound with the code i have, nor do i have a clue what the account was are there any options for me at this point?

Edit:
also to add surround sound 7.1 came with my headset but cannot activate that either

Can you remember the email address you used to register the devices or activate the code? For now, send the serial numbers to me. I can use those to check the accounts they are bound to and look into linked activation codes. As for reactivation, there shouldn't be a need for one. As long as you log into the same account, you'd have full access to the app.
