Cannot Login into the "7.1 Surround Sound".

I just bought the Kraken X headset but when I try to login into the "7.1 Surround Sound" app I got the message "No authentication found". I even tried to login with Facebook and the same. Also in my account I registered the device but it didn't ask for the activation code.

Hey. I've the same broblem...
I tried to relogin the day after I wrote this and I get to login properly, but before that I wrote to support telling them about my problem and they answer me after a couple hours after I wrote them, you should do the same, try to login during another day or write to razer's support.

Hello guys! Sorry for the delayed engagement. Was everything resolved? Were there any changes made to your system before the issue? Try uninstalling your 7.1 Surround sound software and restart your PC. I would also appreciate it if you can send a screenshot and shoot it via PM so I can see things from your perspective. Ensure to save the file via Google Drive or to any online drive account, then paste the link in your message.
