Can't connect Mogul to Razer

    For some reason, I get errors every time I try to log in on mogul with my razer ID. I tried to create a mogul account and link that to razer but I still get the same error.

    Try to get Mogul Support to look into your query. They are generally faster at replying and linking an account to their system should be something they can fix on their end.

    I think it was an issue with Chrome. I used to have the same issue, but it mysteriously fixed itself recently.
    Try going into it from a different browser and see what that does.

    You can also try clearing up the cache/ cookies in Chrome and trying again. Usually fixes login issues for me but its worth a try.

    yea same here, i used my phone chrome it fails, but when i used my ipad chrome, it worked.

    honestly i agree, ive had times where my gaming pc would give me errors then flick my laptop open sign in no errors or worries. i think its just well issues at times. normally when this such thing happens ( i use mogul alot ) i just clear browsing history ( honestly not all the time that works ) or just use my chromebook. havent really gotten an actual fix that works 100% try both methods and if both dont work give it a few minutes even hours unfortunately. but not an actual fix out that i know of other then those two methods ( clear history/cache/cookies or try on another source of internet if its phone or laptop or even tablet )
