Cant Install Razer synapse 3 Please help

i have a problem with installing razer synapse 3 when i install it it will start the installaton and when it finishes downloading it will start it installing it and when it hits 55% it will say it failed to install chromabroadcast.exe error code:2 when i hit retry it continues installing from 49% and when it hits 55% it will be back at 49% strangely and this happens over and over again and it will say error access to Rz_GMS_install.log was denied i tryed deleting this install.log thingie and restarting the installer same thing happens and the install.log was created by the installer please help i need razer synapse for stuff
