Cant log into Razer app engine or THX spatial Audio

Hello, For the past three months I have had an issue when logging in to the razer app engine and THX spatial audio but have not had an issue with anything else like cortex or synapse. The issue is that every time I try to log into the two applications it starts logging me in says loading then instantly throws me back into the log in screen I have tried, updating my drivers, reinstalling everything razer, changing my password, and trying to run it as an administrator and so far nothing as worked.

Have you received any Windows updates recently? How about Razer Synapse updates? Make sure that your anti-virus or firewall is not blocking any Razer-related files or apps when you are trying to log in. Also, run all available Windows updates and install the latest version of the Windows .NET Framework. If you have a VPN setting that is configured on your computer, please disable it and check if the issue persists. Let me know if it helps.
