Can't register new Raiju Ultimate and PS button issue

I'm trying to register my brand new Razer Raiju Ultimate on Razer for warranty. The Product Number on the back of my ultimate is RZ06-0260, but when I put this into the form the website tells me Product number is incorrect. This is not the serial number its the product number

The PS button on the controller does not switch on my PS4Pro, I have paired the controller and it doesn't switvh the console on either in Bluetootor wired mode. I have to switch the console on with a different controller first then press the ps button on the razer and disconnect the first controller... Once the consoe is on the Raiju PS button works and everything else is brilliant, it just won't switch the PS4 on, either from cold start or standby...
