Can't reload gold anymore after first reload

Hi forum!

I came from War Thunder. It gives you +20% of GE if you buy GE from 2500.

So the problem is I can't reload Gold anymore after first reload of 16.50 euros or Gold, I need reload because here the price is slightly higher, 16.99. I reloaded first by Paypal, tried more than 5 times to reload 1.2 Gold, but always says error:

"Transaction failed"
"There was an issue with your payment. Please try again with another payment method."

This is what I get everytime, but I receive that I paid 1.20 euros in paypal, glad money didnt go from my PayPal account.

Then tried with my bank account, yeah the minimum is 10 Gold, that was pain, but I did and it didnt even let me put number card etc, it shows me directly the message about an issue or smth.

The promotion is to 23 february, I hope that wouldnt be a useless thing I did.
