Cant top up my zGold anymore ?

    trying all day to top up my zgold with Paypal but its not working...

    same, i was trying to buy gold using paypal account i get message that transaction is pending with total amount and transaction id BUT on history are no transactions so if i don't made screenshot i have no records, and no funds are taked or holding on my bank account....

    so far this new upgrade is a total mess. anyway when i upgrade my account i don't see any country list to select apropiate currency or us dollars, so i select euro - now i think that's can be the issue ....

    final attempt will be to use paysafe or other payment ..

    but so far i'm totally dissapionted they messup with paypal

    p.s. i even select add and wtrite my card details ( even the card is added on paypal account) as it show on help tutorial = same pending and no history result...

    Happened to me as well. Submitted a ticket but haven't had a response in two days. Any word from Razer?

    they ask me for a printscreen , of course i did - but since no money was draw from my card there is no point to contine - they will figure out themself wha't wrong between razer and paypal.

    Also they suggest to try other payments way - wich i already did and buy gold with skrill option.

    Just wanted to share, i tried reloading via paypal and it works now.

    Maybe has something to do with the time?
    Not sure though. At first all my reloads were failing, but when i tried again earlier it went through

    Same here , whenever i try to make a transaction through debit card , money is getting debited a d getting refund within 5 mins. But no zgold are getting reload. Shameful update

    Hi there guys! We are facing a temporary issue with PayPal on the new Razer Gold platform the team is looking into resolving the technical issue. You can still use other payment methods such as credit cards. Let me know if you have any questions or need help.

    I am trying with my global debit card as well, with the proper billing address, but still facing the same issues, can't reload gold. even my money is getting debited and refunded as well

    i have the same issue. i was able to top up couple of days ago but now i just keep on getting the same prompt
