Chroma Profile Switching Not Working

I just got a BlackWidow v3 and was able to set up a few Chroma profiles linked to specific games as well as a default profile linked to nothing. I can switch to the profiles manually just fine, but when I launch the games associated with specific profiles, Chroma does not change like it is supposed to.

Does it happen with all your games? Please replicate the issue by logging out from your account and logging back in as a guest user. Otherwise, gather the MSinfo and Synapse logs first, then perform the following:

• Uninstall Synapse 3 from Windows Settings > Apps & Features.
  
• Download and unzip the Troubleshooting Tool: https://rzr.to/P4gykm.
  
• Find "Device Detection Troubleshoot Tool" with "Application" file type.
  
• Right-click the file and click "Run as Administrator".
  
• Follow the on-screen instructions.
  
• Re-install the Razer Synapse 3 app by clicking this link.
