I ordered a "Razer Hyperpolling Wireless Dongle" on 2022/08/26 and it seems that its stuck waiting on customs for the past 3-4 days (the delay was on the 30th but they updated the date to the 31st). It has now passed the original 5-7 day estimated shipping time that i paid the $10 for and im wondering if anything can be done from Razer's side to help speed up the solution to the issue, in the case that you guys weren't aware that this occurred.
Yeah, its only the dongle but, still id rather it not be stuck in a location notorious for FedEx employees that steal packages according to a friend who worked in that location where its being held up.
Im posting here as i am unable to open a ticket due to the Order Number field in the forms which does not accept my order number even though im copy-pasting it from the confirmation email.
