Computer stuck in windows 10 install

I have a razer blade 15 (2019) advanced model that experienced a severe drop in performance after I installed league of legends. Idk if it's related, but could be. Then after trying many other things I decided to reinstall windows by keeping my personal files and using the install from cloud option. Everything was going finw, but then it got stuck at 19%, so I decided to restart my computer. Now it seems to be stuck in a continuous restart loop with the razer welcome animation popping up, some of the razer loading animation and then the blue windows installation pane pops up for one second. After this sequence the computer restarts and the sequence commences again. As an aside I can access bios and everything there looks fine.
