connecting xbox one x to razer nari ultimate

I can not connect my headset to the xbox, I have paired the dongle to the headset via the pairing utility but when I try to pair it to the xbox, I push the pairing button on the xbox its light starts flashing I push the button to start the headset the little blue light flashes but the green logo lights up but does not flash and it does not connect with the xbox. The dongle is in the headset I presume that is correct because no where does it tell me to insert into the xbox. HEEEELLLPPPPP
