cord messed up help please

i've had this headset for only two months, but the cord is messed up or something. It keeps tangling and I promise you I really don't do much at all whatsoever. I've had this issue once it came out the box, but I thought i it was normal, but apparently its not. I try fixing it and making it straight, it'd work out for a bit, then go back to tangling. I spent 150 on this just to break. The audio gets messed up sometimes too and when i tap on the cord, the headset basically like disconnects from my computer and then turns back on. It's so weird, but I'm really just afraid I wasted my money. I really want to fix this because I actually like this headset, but I don't want to buy a whole new one since I worked really hard trying to get it in the first place. The photo I'm showing isn't mine, but my headset is exactly like that. Please help. Literally when I plug it back in, it makes a really loud sound and hurts my ears so I'd have to immediately unplug it. Will I be able to send it back to razer and they can fix it for me? I bought it through Amazon, I'm worried.
