Hi,
I recently bought a Razer Viper 8 kHz.
I'm using it on 400 DPI at 1 kHz.
When I quickly move the mouse left and right, the cursor is slowly but consistently moving up.
Is the sensor defective ?
My hand movement :

The cursor on screen :

I tried with and without the Razer driver, on different materials, on different DPI settings. It's consistently moving up.
Thanks

Hey AlexC68! Have you tried checking and installing Razer Synapse updates? Ensure that your mouse is connected directly to your computer's USB port and not on a USB hub. Also, check if the behavior happens while the Razer Viper 8KHz is plugged into another USB port of the computer? Try disabling or closing the Razer Synapse and observe. Feel free to send me a PM should you need additional assistance. I'll be locking this thread to curb our conversation privately.
