Customs charges

Won't be buying another razer product. Pissed I have to pay customs on top of my order. The website is super vague on this:
"Please contact the destination country’s customs office for more information."
I should've realised from this that it was likely. At a minimum it should be possible to identify where the product will ship from when ordering, and flag of likely customs charges. Absolute disgrace that this company can't do this.
Only on the forum where someone specifically asked where orders are shipped from was it mentioned that it was mostly Hong Kong. How hard is it to have this on the website or when ordering?
I'd cancel my order and delivery now if it was possible.

Edit: I feel I should update this comment. Order has arrived, and it doesn't look like I need to pay any customs on it. If that changes I'll update this. The order did get stuck in customs for a few days but I didn't have to do anything for it. So at the moment, looks like egg on my face for getting ahead of myself and it looks like a good job by razer.

There's several of us here who have been waiting for a US shipment to clear customs in Alaska for almost an entire week. We haven't had to pay customs charges but it seems very low quality that a company that makes as much money as Razer isn't able to competently handle import and freight documentation. @mltan You honestly need to do better.
Low quality is a polite way of putting it. Sounds shocking they can't fill out what should be standard documentation for them.
I hope we don't have to try fill any of it ourselves?
