Cynosa Chroma group of keys not working

Left Ctrl, Win, Spacebar, C, N & Backspace keys on Cynosa Chroma V2 intermittently working. Most times these keys need to be press multiple times to register. On a few occasions, these keys do not work at all. It is annoying as when typing a long sentence, only to realize C, N and spaces are missing in the sentence. Its always the same keys at the same time. When one of those keys doesn't work, the rest of those keys will stop working as well.

All others keys works fine. RGB works fine, even on these keys.

I have tried:

- Removing Synapse
- Reinstalling Synapse & drivers
- Testing on 2 other different computers (Synapse not install)
- Using different USB ports
- Cleaning the keyboard
- Reset with Ctrl, Alt + Space (when those keys was working)

Is there anything else I can do? Thank You

I appreciate all the steps you've done to isolate/resolve the keyboard's issue. However, it seems like it has a hardware issue already. Did you try resetting it via the Razer Synapse 3.0's settings? If the behavior persists and the device is still within its warranty period, contact your reseller and ask for a warranty claim.
