I JUST GOT A NEW MOUSE BUT WHEN I TRY TO REGISTER IT TO RAZER SYNAPSE IT SHOWS THE MESSAGE THAT ITEM SERIAL NUMBER DOESNT MATCH THE PRODUCT NUMBER.

PLEASE HELP.

Check you are using Synapse 2.0

Double check that you are typing correctly
Do not get mix '0' with 'O' or 'I' with 'l'

If the serial number starts with RZ, try RC vice versa

Sometimes other english keyboard layout does not work like UK, use US english layout

Sometimes registering through Synapse does not work, use web portal
