deathstalker chroma not working well

hey,
since a while my deathstalker chroma cannot be recognize by synapse 2.0, and i can´t controle the chroma attribute.
i saw on this list : http://drivers.razersupport.com/index.php?_m=downloads&_a=viewdownload&downloaditemid=2116&nav=0,343,239
that theis keyboard is not supported by the software so what should i do to configure my keyboard RGB ?

Hi there! Your Deathadder Chroma should be compatible with Razer Synapse 2.0 which is showing to its manual, please refer to the image below:




Is this working fine and detected work with Razer Synapse 2.0 before? Was there any hardware or software changes before the issue started? Have you uninstall and reinstall your Razer Synapse 2.0 as well?

i bought this keyboard a year ago and it worked fine with synapse 2.0, but i since something like one month it doesn´t work anymore. i made 2 hardware changes : i add a 8go bar of ram and i changed my graphic card from a gtx 1050 to a gtx 1060 but i don´t think this had an impact because these dates don´t fit with my issue
i also usualy reset to zero my computer ( two times a year).
i already unistall and reinstall synapse, but it doesn´t fix my issue.
