Didn't get surround sound Activation Code for Kraken V3 X.

I saw a thread and the exact same thing happened to me, so I'll just copy and paste. " recently purchased the Kraken V3 X as part of a bundle from Costco. I registered it with the serial code and product number but the activation code was never sent to my email." I checked my spam, and there's nothing. Please help, thank you!

The activation code for Kraken V3 usually is sent to your email within 24hour after you register it to your account. But if you still haven't received any after that and you're still eligible. I can submit a ticket for one on your behalf. Please PM me the following:
