I registrated an electra V2 headset on razer but never recieved a mail of product registration. beceause of this issue i didn't recieve my activation code for the 7.1 surround app

Same problem here did this a few months ago and still no code....
Had a struggle with the support it sounds like you need to buy a kraken or the thx spatial app for using the surround option. Don't understand why you put it on you box and manual as advertisment
