Does Razer Core with Blade 13 Disable the laptop GPU to leave space for CPU?

Hello, i'm really interested in buying the Razer Core for my Blade Stealth 13 (2020 - 1650 Ti MQ, 1065G7 4K SCREEN MODEL) and the CPU is not that powerful on this laptop. It's fine for most cases but likely won't be enough with a stronger GPU. HOWEVER, the main reason seems to be that it's limited in power to leave cooling space for the 1650 Ti, so if i use an external GPU, does that turn off the cpu power limit and leave all the cooling space for the CPU???? Thanks.
