The above link is the exact same Product Master Guide for the Pro Click 2020 that comes inside the box but its just the digital version of the booklet. Unfortunately in the book it does not say if it will work on a Mac tho. Its a good mouse overall, a LOT more ergonomic than the other ergonomic mice they have produced in the past, namely the Original Models of the Basilisk and DeathAdder Elite mice

As far as I know this mouse contains the same optical sensor as found in the Original DeathAdder Elite and Basilisk mice as well, so you know its a good sensor that you can do some gaming with :)

Update: The sensor is Pixart PMW3389 that is most likely in the Pro Click since its the same specs as found on DA Elite n Basilisk V1 (Source: https://on-winning.com/flawless-sensor-mouse-list-perfect/)
Not sure if the Pro Click is designed to work on a Mac. But I can say it does not work well on a Windows PC, and "Support" has no clue nor a desire to even fix any of the reported issues.

What reported issues are these you speak of for the Pro Click? I don't see them posted anywhere
Is the Razer Pro Click compatible with the latest Mac OS and Mac book pros?

As far as I'm aware, Synapse 3 does not work on Macs at all. I can say that I've used new Razer products that are new enough to be exclusively compatible with only Synapse 3 and they have worked perfectly fine on a Mac (i.e. Razer Cynosa V2), although I had no control over the RGB. I could, obviously, remap keys with software such as karibiner-elements, but never got Chroma control since it didn't work on Synapse 2.

Can't say if the story is the same for this mouse but I see it being likely to work.
