Posting on here as official Razer support just doesn't seem interested.
So I got a Razer Blade 15 a couple of weeks ago, and it worked great, for about a week.
Then one day it just stopped, now when I try to play a game it caps out at about 9 FPS on lowest graphic settings.
Checked the Device manager and its showing under display adaptors that my Graphics card is not working properly, error 43. Its a Nividia GeForce 2080 max-Q. But it recognises the model of the graphics card so I don't think its a hardware connection issue but I don't really know.
Is the error 43 the reason for my performance drop? Or is it unrelated is my first question.
My second question is does anyone have another way of fixing this error?
I've tried installing older driver versions for the graphics card and Windows, tried uninstalling my graphics driver and reinstalling with the newest Nividia drivers, tried updating BIOS, and tried reinstalling windows but nothing works.
If anyone knows anything else I can try to fix this please help me out.
