Error with dongle of Nari Ultimate - "Avnera AV6301"

I've used the new dongle approx 15 days without problems (because the previous dongle showed me the error "USB Device Not Recognized"), but, today I connected the dongle, Windows shows me the massage the new device Avnera AV6301 was configured.
I tried dongle on 3 different PC with the same results.
I tried use the recovery dongle tool, but shows me the massage "No action necessary", also I've try the "RazerNariUltimatePairingUtility_v1.01.00.exe" unsuccess. Also I did a clean installation of Synapse software and was unsuccess.
I need help with that.

I Have this same issue and have a ticket open for the past 3 weeks. It has completely failed and the recovery tool absolutely does not work.
I have had this same issue a few months back after only a couple months of use. Please contact Razer support to get it replaced.

However, even now with the new replaced headset, the problem seems to be returning. The dongle starts malfunctioning again.

Same issue here since 6 Months now, no reply from razer since then...
Prob about to buy a new Headset, I aint wanna spend money on smth whats getting broke and then I dont even get support from razer my buyers safety or idk what it is called (where i can send in my headset and get it replaced by a new one) if they're replying I wont ever consider buying anything from razer anymore!
Same problem, I use is for one year, so go warranty and replace it ;'(
