Hey there! Thanks for posting your inquiry here. What happened to your headset that you've decided to factory reset it? There's no option to do the reset. The only similar procedure is making the headset enter the pairing mode. Please refer to the screenshot below:
Thanks for your reply. I get strange distortions every 25 to 30 minutes for about 30 seconds. Its affecting the mids and low end tones on the headset. This issue happens during gaming and as well during spotify sessions. Had already a support chat with the technical support team and applied all their solutions. Unfortunately still the same issues.
