About 12 hours ago I bought a razer gold code and since I bought it I have not been able to claim it because every time I try I get an error that says "Failed to reload" I have tried some possible solutions to the problem but none have worked for me, I would appreciate any help..

For me it said failed to reload and still took my money in full. Now I dont have razer gold and I lost money...very cool service they have. Keep in mind that's my first ever attempt at using this, will probably be my last
