Faulty Mamba Wireless Connections

Hello,
I have been having using my Mamba Wireless mouse for about 5 months and it has worked great, but lately it is having some issues. When I try connecting wirelessly via the dongle, my laptop, a Razer Blade 15, registers that the Mamba is connected in the blue tooth settings, but the mouse itself is not registering. When I use the provided wire for a wired connection, it again does not register that the mouse is connected, but the mouse appears to have power and is charging. I have connected other things via the cord and they also charge. Not sure if there is a way to reset the mouse itself if that's the issue. I have downloaded the latest firmware, which updates for the dongle, but when it comes to the second step of updating via the wire, it will not work because it does not register that the mouse is connected. I have also tried repairing Synapse 3, which had no effect, and I also tried the Mamba Wireless Pairing Utility Guide, but the links for the download will not open, even though the firmware update downloaded with no problem. I have tried restarting my laptop several times and it is fully up to date. Not sure if it's worth noting, but the mouse was connected wirelessly yesterday and working fine, no issues at all besides connecting.
Any help is greatly appreciated. Cheers.
