Posting the solution that worked for me as the standard response is to reinstall Synapse 3. Reinstalling Synapse 3 did not fix the problem. Fix: 1. Go to Windows Device Manager 2. Uninstall the Razer Leviathan V2 device (driver) 3. Reboot 4. Razer Leviathan V2 device driver will reinstall. Problem fixed and the Leviathan V2 is back to sounding great and responding to Synapse equalizer and spatial audio settings.
