I can connect but really laggy drastically slow ;(

I have tried just about everything ...
Network Reset
Sim Card Eject
APN Setting
Developer Options Tetherring Hardware acceleration On and Off

Anyone else have have this issue ?

Solution * Under APN Settings * (APN Type) add DUN in Capital Letters
* For Example I have AT&T *
