Game booster disallowing me to play multiplayer.

I installed razer yesterday hoping to get a better multiplayer gaming experience, however, every time I use the game booster option, it stops me from connecting to multiplayer games. I ran quick tests over 3 different games and it came out with the same results every time. With game booster on, I cannot connect to any multiplayer servers or matchmaking, but hey, I got an extra 3 frames. When I leave the game booster off, I'm able to connect to servers. Is there a fix for this?
