Is there a way to force my Blade 14" to ONLY use the intergraded intel graphics and disable the dedicated GPU when on battery power and then use the dedicated GPU when connected back to mains power.

You can use Nvidia Control Panel, Intel Graphics Control Panel, and Windows Battery Saver to set some aggressive power saver settings so that the dedicated graphics card isn't activated on battery, but the simplest way is to just disable it in device manager when on battery power re enable it when you plug in.
If you want to wade through all of the settings though, the 'Razer Blade 14 Optimization Guide' in my signature has a thorough power settings guide that extended my 14" Blade's battery life by quite a bit.
