I would like to change my cell phone number, as I no longer have access to this number.
The display on my Razer Blade 15 Advanced model wasnt working, but it was working on an external display. I proceeded to (stupidly) follow these steps on the Razer website: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/5586/~/how-to-fix-a-razer-blade-that-displays-a-blank-or-black-screen Now that I deleted the graphics driver as recommended, my external monitor wont work either! I have data on the machine I need to recover and an urgent project. Does anyone know how I can get into the BIOS or something to get it working again?Thank you :)

I built this PC about a year and a half ago and for the first eight or nine months it was completely flawless. Ryzen 7 7700X, 32GB DDR5, RTX 4070, 1TB NVMe SSD on a B650 board and I was genuinely happy with how everything turned out. Then about four months ago the random freezes started and I have been chasing the cause ever since. When it freezes there is no bluescreen, no error, no crash dump, nothing. The screen just locks up completely, audio loops if something was playing and the only fix is a hard reset by holding the power button. It happens completely randomly, sometimes during gaming, sometimes while just browsing, and once it happened within five minutes of booting with nothing open at all.I have run memtest overnight and it came back clean. Checked temperatures and nothing is running hot. Reinstalled Windows completely on a fresh drive and the freezes came back within a week. Swapped the GPU into a friend's system and it ran fine for hours with no issues. At this point I have

Hello, I'll also reach out to support today when they open up. Asking the forum if this is expected behavior before deciding to return the unit to Best Buy store. Bought Blade 14 2022 edition (with RTX 3070 Ti) from Best Buy "few days ago". So far so good, except for following odd symptom while laptop is on power supply and set in Windows 11 to not go to sleep but set to have display turn off after 15 minutes. Following happened several times already: Power LED blinks green, because screen off But screen does not come on after moving mouse, track pad movement or keyboard. Even depressing the power button does nothing. Only way to get the laptop to come on is by depressing the power button for extended seconds. But that will turn off and turn laptop back on, which causes Windows 11 to "restart", losing my work. The laptop has no BIOS update. Is there known issue with Blade 14 2022, where screen goes off, blinks green but gets stuck and will not come back on, without reset th
I’m trying to install a UAD 2 Satellite on my Razer 17 pro (RZ09-0368). Ive updated the drivers and have done all of the UA prerequisites and have reinstalled windows. I’m at a loss. How do I fix this?
The current Intel microcode is causing stability issues on this platform. Some games are crashing due to the Intel Core Ultra series and devs say to update BIOS. Unfortunately, I’m already on the latest bios from razer (sept 2025) so there’s nothing I can do.Other manufacturers with the same CPU (Intel Core Ultra 275HX), including Acer, MSI, Dell, and Gigabyte, have all already released BIOS updates this month (March 2026) to address these microcode-related problems. Can we get an ETA on when Razer will provide an equivalent update for this model?
In case you were having issues like me with wireless on the Razer Blade 14 2025.Wireless connectivity would go in and out. Constant pings to local network devices would fail every 30 seconds or so. Wireless signals were weak and had issues connecting to network occasionally. I could connect a USB Wireless device from TPLink and wireless connectivity was completely fine. I thought it was hardware. I had removed the driver and let windows redetect the hardware and reinstall the driver. After pulling my hair out, i google and found a newer driver then the one that was installing WiFi_AMD-MediaTek_v5.5.0.3760. This driver was NOT provided by Razer. In fact, there are NO drivers under Razer support for this model laptop. I believe this is a driver for the same wifi card the Razer Blade 14 2025 uses, but the driver came from another laptop manufacturer. This newer drivers fixed ALL the issues I was having. I wish i could tell Razer support, but their support ticket system seems
So I have a razor blade 15 And for some reason, the keyboard has completely stopped working I can’t even find a keyboard option on device manager, like I don’t know how but it has gone up and disappeared, and I’m unable to use it at all. I can’t even go into bios.
Hi all,I’m working on a Razer Blade 15 Advanced (2021) (RZ09-0369) for a client. The machine previously booted into Windows without issue. The user attempted a Windows “Reset this PC” at home, and it now stops at a black pre-boot screen simply stating:Enter PasswordThere is no padlock icon, no recovery key ID, and F12/boot options are blocked. It appears a BIOS/Supervisor password may have been set inadvertently during the reset process, and the user does not know the password. Before escalating to Razer Inc. support, can anyone confirm: Is there any known recovery method for this model? Does CMOS/battery disconnect clear supervisor password on RZ09-0369? Or is motherboard replacement the only option if the password is unknown? Appreciate any help, thank you.
Hello Razer Insider Community,As a longtime Razer enthusiast and owner of multiple Razer laptops including two Razer Stealths, a Razer Blade 15, and the Razer Book 13, I feel compelled to address the discontinuation of the Razer Book 13 and advocate for its return. The Razer Book 13 was a remarkable piece of technology, and it's disheartening to see it fade away after a single iteration. Here’s why I believe Razer should consider launching a new version of the Razer Book. Why I Love Razer Laptops: Performance: Razer laptops deliver top-notch performance. Design: The clean, understated style with subtle gaming accents. Build Quality: The unibody aluminum chassis and sharp angles. The Evolution of Razer's Laptop Lineup:Razer's laptop lineup was once straightforward: Razer Blade 15: The flagship model offering strong gaming performance in a compact form. Razer Blade 17: High performance for less portability, catering to creative professionals. Razer Blade Stealth 13: An ultraportab
Device:- Razer Blade 15 Base Model (Early 2020) – RZ09-0328- Intel i7-10750H- RTX 2060 Max-P- BIOS 1.06- Windows 11 HomeIssue Summary:For several months, my Blade 15 appeared to become stuck in an abnormal high-power idle state that caused:- persistent fan activity,- significantly elevated idle battery drain,- and unstable idle behavior despite near-zero visible workload. The issue did not behave like a hardware failure. Instead, it appeared related to platform-level power-state synchronization between firmware, drivers, and Windows power management.Observed Behavior:- Idle discharge rates often ranged between ~30–45W with no meaningful foreground workload.- Fans remained active/loud even during light usage.- GPU usage frequently appeared near 0%, yet the platform still behaved as if under sustained load.- Rebooting alone did not consistently resolve the issue.- Behavior persisted for months.Important Observation:After extensive low-level troubleshooting, the system suddenly recovered
Bought a Razer Blade 18 from Razer store Singapore around November 2024. The unit developed some thermal issue around August 2025. (Less than one year old)Since there are no Razer repair center in my country I need to go to Singapore for warranty claim.(This problem solved with the help of Razer Care Singapore team efficiently. They manage to replace the unit with a new Razer Blade 18 ) Recently there are minor issues pop up with the replacement unit. Some of the led unit under the keyboard failed. While this is not affecting the performance whatsoever, I was quite surprised as 2 Razer Blades 18 having issues at under 1 years old. Either I was very lucky to receive 2 defective Blades or Razer have quality issues with their laptops. Its a pity as I also use 2 Razer Naga Pros for many years without issues. Hope they can make their Laptop as good as their peripherals. What other and Razer think about this matter?
