System Details:

Model: Razer Blade 15 (2023) — RZ09-0485

CPU: Intel Core i7-13800H

OS: Windows 11 (UEFI Mode, Secure Boot Enabled)

BIOS Version: 2.01

Symptoms:

Ricochet Anti-Cheat fails the hardware attestation / Azure Attestation handshake when launching the game, resulting in matchmaking failure / restricted lobbies.

Running the game natively on the hardware fails attestation; however, playing on cloud services (GeForce NOW) or other systems using the exact same Activision account functions normally without restrictions.

Troubleshooting Already Completed:

TPM Verification: Verified in tpm.msc that TPM 2.0 is detected, enabled, and reports "The TPM is ready for use."

Attestation Check: Ran PowerShell Get-Tpm to verify system health.

Secure Boot: Confirmed enabled and active in msinfo32.

Credential Reset: Cleared TPM ownership via BIOS/Windows to force endorsement certificate renegotiation; issue persists immediately upon re-launching the game.

Because standard software troubleshooting does not resolve the Intel PTT / Azure attestation certificate issue, I would like to request that this case be escalated to the BIOS/firmware engineering team—similar to previous resolutions provided for the Blade 14 (2021) and earlier revisions.

Please let me know where I can securely provide my serial number, case logs, and diagnostic screenshots.

Update / Additional Note:

I also ran Activision's official Secure Attestation Wizard prior to testing. The wizard reported the system as fully compliant and passed all checks, yet the live game runtime consistently fails the Azure attestation handshake when launching matchmaking. This further confirms the system passes client-side checks and points directly to the firmware/PTT certificate handshake failure.
