Hammerhead true wireless mercury not working

So i got the earbuds few weeks ago and my right one stopped working, there is no sounds coming from it it was in the case for two days so it was more than enough to charge up. I'm not sure if the case stopped charging or the earbud is broken, can anyone help me to figure this out pls

Does the case's LED indicator still light up? Please PM me the serial number of your device along with a copy of its proof of purchase. I can use those to check for a possible fix and verify its warranty status.
