Headset audio is heard through mic

I had gotten a Razer Nari Ultimate the other day and I have found it has an issue where if my mic gets activated via me talking or Push to Talk it'll send my audio itself through the mic as well. I went through many settings in Windows 10 itself, the Synapse program, and even Discord. Whether it'd be lowering sensitivity, ticking and unticking the echo cancelation, static, etc. I've run out of ideas to try and my only fix right now is using an actual microphone itself.
I had a wired headset prior to this one, 7.1 surround sound, and was only about 50 bucks and it never had this issue. It would only do it if I maxed out the volume to the point that even I heard it if I took it off and was across the room. But somehow very low volume on the Nari is still loud enough to go through mic.

Does anybody have a solution I could try before I contact razer in a few days?
