hi. my razer leviathan blasts 100% max ear deafening volume when i connect to my bluetooth device. its a real health hazard and i cant believe that this issue has not been resolved despite multiple threads from others. it only occurs when i connect to a bluetooth source (iphone/ android) and yes i have tested it across multiple device.
i have a 2 month old child and a toddler WHO COULD HAVE potentially gone deaf. this a serious undersight from razer if its a software issure

That is indeed alarming. Does it behave the same even after lowering down the overall audio volume from the device itself? Please PM me the serial number of your device so I can check any possible fix for this. I'd also appreciate it if you'd send me a copy of its proof of purchase to check its warranty status. Let's pick it up from there.
