HELP! Cannot get USB-C charging to work on my Blade Pro 17 2020

Hi all,

I've searched high and low for answers to this question, but every fucking google search result is about the 15" model and NOT the Pro 17 model (which is mine). It's highly frustrating so I'm making this post now in the hopes that someone can help me out.

It's an absolute pain in the ass trying to watch a movie with my laptop in bed as it can't even make 2 hours even with everything shut off, all apps closed down, power saver on etc etc. and using that huge brick lying all over me in bed is annoying AF.

I never really thought about using the USB-C charging option (which is displayed ON THE RAZER WEBSITE WHEN I BOUGHT THE LAPTOP) but now that I've decided that I want to use it when I'm using my Pro 17 for basic stuff like watching movies, for some reason the laptop refuses to charge at all when I plug in a USB-C cable.

I have tried several different plugs, cables etc and nothing works. I have a USB-C iPhone charger that doesn't work, and I recently bought a USB-C GaN with PD3.0 (WHICH IS WHAT RAZER SAYS ON THEIR WEBSITE) and even that just doesn't do anything. It just refuses to charge, trickle charge whatever. Nothing works.

Please help. Provide knowledge. Something. Before I lose it. Thanks.
