Help! I scratched the activation code for my Kraken X
I just bought my kraken X headphones but i accidentally scratched off the code hence I cant activate the surround sound. can I request for a new code?

Gee whiz! Please be aware that a damaged or lost activation card due to mishandling is not covered by Razer's limited warranty. Allow me to communicate with our Support Team by sending me a PM or submitting a case. I'll be locking this thread to curb our conversation privately.
