*HELP* No Audio when using 7.1

I recently bought a Kraken X headset and got the 7.1 surround sound software with it. I ran the installation and everything like normal, and it was working. But it seems like any time I make any kind of change to my audio configuration, the 7.1 stops working, even if I put everything back like it was. I've done it with both my onboard Realtek audio as well as an ASUS Xonar SE sound card. Sometimes it will work, but if I mess with anything it goes away and eventually (after messing with more stuff seemingly randomly) it starts working again. Even restarting doesn't usually fix it. In the 7.1 app, I have my Xonar card (headphones) selected as the output device, and in my system settings, I have the 7.1 surroud sound selected as the output device, as instructed by the app, but there is no sound. If I select the Xonar as the system output, everything works, but there's no surround sound effect. I've got all the drivers for everything, I've ended and restarted the processes and services associated with the 7.1 app, and I've restarted my computer several times and I can't get it to work now. I'll include a screenshot showing that I have the right things selected.

Hi there! Thanks for posting your 7.1 Surround Sound concern here. Have you tried reinstalling the software? Please send me a video wherein your computer is on speakers while switching the device output and your Razer Synapse logs by following the steps here. Save the files via Google Drive or to any online drive account, then paste the link in your PM. Let's continue from there.
