Help on replacement of mouse

On January 6th, 2021 I have sent my mouse back to Razer for a replacement. 2 weeks later I ask them how much longer it would take. They replied with "The replacement was delivered on January 6th, with the tracking number (tracking number)". Keep in mind in these 2 weeks they have never emailed about the replacement tracking number or process of it as they said in their emails. The mouse has definitely been stolen due to the amount of time it has been outside. My question about all of this is if I will still be able to get my mouse back.
