Hi there! Thanks for posting your Razer Basilisk concern here. By the way, are you connecting the mouse to a USB hub? Have you tested the mouse to a different USB port?
No Hub, I was just told it was a refurbish as I got it as a gift for xmas, Connected directly to PC, tried all ports, then all ports on two other PC's Same issues. Probably just going to send it back.

I see. It seems like a hardware issue. By the way, please try the following and see if it helps:

a. Grab a Q-Tip and rubbing alcohol. Apply alcohol to Q-Tip, then, dab and clean the sensor. Leave it dry for 5-10 seconds.
b. Open Razer Synapse, select your mouse then go to the calibration page. Enable the checkbox, select other mouse mat or mouse pad, then click add. After calibrating the mouse, adjust the lift-off range to 1.
c. Should the issue persists, I suggest plugging the mouse in and flat on your mouse mat, hold down the left-click, right-click, and mouse wheel button for 7 seconds. Afterward, kindly unplug the mice then replug it again.
