Help with my Razer Nari Ultimate

Hello guys!
2 days ago I bought the Razer Nari Ultimate headset for my PC. I connected it via bluetooth and it was running smoothly. I was even able to change some configurations on Razer Synapse regarding bass boost and what not.

Today, I played Warzone in the morning and the sound was amazing. then I head up to a couple of meetings (on Teams) to which I used my Nari Ultimate headset as well.

After the meetings I head up to play some more warzone, and my sound is awful. it sounds like i'm inside of a pool, and the quality is really poor. I also noticed that Razer Synapse no longer recognizes my headset, even when I already re-installed the app.

Any help?

Have there been any changes to your system before this started happening, and do you mind sharing a screenshot of how the headset appears on the Device Manager? For now, try to clean install the app and the device drivers by following this guide. PM me the serial number if the problem persists.
