Hi, I bought a Razer Blade 15 2070 Max-Q 144hz on January 2020.

First, I didn't have any problems, the laptop was running around 80 degrees Celsius for the GPU and CPU while gaming and 60 degrees or less while doing other things. Last week I noticed that while doing absolutely nothing the CPU reached 90 degrees Celsius, and so did the GPU. I tried changing the thermal paste, cleaning the fans, setting the fans at high speeds, undervolting the CPU and nothing worked so far. Currently I am unable to even use the laptop for basic things because it overheats even tho in the task manager it says 0% GPU usage, and no more than 10% CPU usage. I want to know if someone else had this issue or if someone knows how to fix it. I'm very sad because it was really expensive for me and the laptop only lasted about a year. If this happens to be an error of this specific unit, is there a way I can fix it even if i have to pay because the warranty expired.

PS. Also the battery swelled so I had to take it out.

Thanks!

Playing while charging will let your laptop get power directly from your adapter, which contributes to its abnormal increase in temperature. Here's a link on how to achieve an optimal temperature while gaming. Should the issue persists, please send me a PM together with the serial number of your Razer Blade 15 so I can also assist you to create a support case number. Let's go from there.
