Hi there
I bought the Razer Kraken 2019 headset today and I tried to set it up. I noticed that Synapse 2 and 3 does not work with the headset. I tried to adjust it with the Windows settings. That makes it a little better but not perfect. Is there a software for the Razer Kraken headset, other than Razer 7.1 Surround Sound?

Only headsets that have USB connector are supported by Synapse 2.0/3 software.
Your Kraken 2019 has mini-jack connector, so you won't see it in Synapse.
You can use Windows sound control or some Audio driver app.
