Привет. Купил продукты Razer в 2016 году, наушники Kraken и мышь Death Adder. Проблема вот в чем. что я зарегистрировался в Razer Surround и Razer Synapse, но я не могу войти в свои исходные профили, потому что исходный адрес электронной почты был потерян, и, соответственно, я не могу войти в профили сейчас. У вас есть код активации Razer Surround Pro для наушников и серийные номера мыши и наушников. Можно ли таким образом узнать старый адрес электронной почты и учетные записи razer ???

Translates as: Hello. Bought Razer products in 2016, Kraken headphones and Death Adder mouse. The problem is this. that I have signed up to Razer Surround and Razer Synapse, but I cannot sign in to my original profiles because my original email address was lost and thus I cannot sign in to profiles now. You have the Razer Surround Pro headphone activation code and the mouse and headphone serial numbers. Is it possible to find out the old email address and razer accounts this way ???

Please refrain from submitting duplicate threads. Anyway, I may be able to help you recover the account. Please send me the serial number of the registered devices. I'll take it from there.
