I got a high end laptop from Razer and within 4 months the SSD failed - disrupting my work.
Trying to contact 'support' it took two weeks of back and forth to get an RMA, I then discovered the laptop has to be shipped to Germany (I'm based in the UK).
Since Brexit that means paying customs, taxes and VAT on a laptop with a stated value of nearly £3,000 - this is terrible, my previous laptop was a Gigabyte, they where relatively quick and have a repair centre in the UK.
I'm board with 'support' and would like to send a formal email to Razer HQ, with the hope of resolving this, according to UK law (Sale of goods act they have to offer a replacement or a refund - it's been about 4 months since I bought my first and last Razer. I'm furious.
Thanks,

Thanks,
