What should I do with this error?

  1. Uninstall the application and reinstall it

  2. Log out and log back in to the Razer Synapse app

    Hey there! Thanks for posting your concern here. What are you trying setup with Razer Chroma connect? If it's applicable, please install the third-party software that is part of the Razer Chroma connect which are the following:

    By the way, did you successfully installed the Chroma Connect module? Ensure that the device has "Work with Razer Chroma" badge
