How to keep laptop background lights permently on while in use?

I have the newest Razer Blade 17 (2022) and my 15 never had this issue the lights would just stay on, which I prefer as it's normally in a dark environment so having a lit keyboard is key. How do I get it to where the backlight for the keys will stay on until I shut the computer down? I've tried a few suggestions I've found online, but none of them work. This is my Day 1 with this new laptop right out of the box. The keys do light up but seem to have some power save function and turn off until I hit a key, which doesn't work for me as it slowly fades the lights back on and by that time I'm 3-4 words into what I was typing, but because I couldn't see the keys I keep a higher rate of typos the way it is right now.
